Checked bags
Each checked bag can weigh up to 50 lb (23 kg) and measure up to 62 linear inches (158 cm), length + width + height. To and from the Americas and Africa, Qatar uses the piece concept (max 158 cm per bag); Classic fares and above include two 23 kg bags. Other routes allow bags up to 300 cm.
Rules to know
- At 50 cm (20 in) tall, Qatar’s carry-on limit is shorter than a US 22 in carry-on.
- A laptop bag carried separately counts as carry-on baggage in Economy.
- Business allows two carry-on pieces up to 15 kg in total.
