How cubes fit a carry-on
Measure the inside of your bag, not the outside. Most carry-ons lose 1.5–2 in of height to the wheels and handle. Fill the bottom with one large or two medium cubes, then use a small cube for underwear and socks on top. Leave shoes and toiletries outside the cubes so they can fill gaps.
